Affiliate Manager
Description
Manage and grow a portfolio of active affiliates across key markets. Help source and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring proper integration and activation. Monitor daily performance (FTDs, NGR, churn, LTV) and provide optimization insights. Support in negotiating competitive CPA, Rev Share, or Hybrid deals. Coordinate with CRM, BI, and Payments teams to ensure player value and tracking accuracy. Assist with affiliate reporting, billing, and compliance checks. Ensure affiliate marketing materials are current and compliant with relevant regulations. Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape campaign strategy and improve workflows. Attend (and support planning for) affiliate events and expos where applicable. Requirements: 1 2 years of experience in affiliate management or affiliate marketing, ideally within i Gaming. Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. Income Access, Net Refer). Strong communication and partner management skills. Solid understanding of affiliate KPIs and acquisition funnels. Data-driven mindset comfortable using spreadsheets and interpreting performance data. Motivated to grow and take on more ownership in a fast-paced environment.
