Subcontracts Coordinator

Title: Subcontracts Coordinator Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil, scaffolding, insulation, Painting and mechanical works.Evaluate and verify contractor invoices, claims, and variations; prepare payment certificates.Conduct regular site measurements and track work progress against BOQs and project milestones.Liaise with project management, procurement, and engineering teams to monitor budgets and control costs.Assist in drafting and reviewing subcontractor and vendor contracts.Maintain updated cost reports, forecasts, and trend analyses for management review.Participate in project meetings and provide commercial input regarding work scope changes.Ensure compliance with client specifications, standards, and contract conditions.Support in preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.Evaluate tender submissions and prepare cost comparison sheets when required.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector, preferably within an industrial plant or refinery environment.Strong understanding of scaffolding standards, insulation types, painting systems, and civil work procedures.Experience with SATORP or Aramco projects is a significant advantage.Proficient in MS Excel.Excellent knowledge of contractual terms, FIDIC/Aramco/SATORP contracting practices, and cost control techniques.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
