Position: - Business Development Executive Location: - Remote work with client visit Job Title: Client Meet and Event Visiting Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Client Meet and Event Visiting Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our business development efforts, specifically focusing on the IT service and real estate industries. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our company and engage with potential clients during various client meetings and industry events. Responsibilities: Conduct extensive research to identify potential clients and industry events within the IT service and real estate sectors. Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies and approaches for client meetings and event visits. Attend client meetings and events, acting as the face of our company and showcasing our services and solutions. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate our expertise and value proposition to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements. Collect feedback and insights from client meetings and events, providing valuable input for improving our services and offerings. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful and persuasive presentations. In-depth knowledge of the IT service and real estate industries, including key players, trends, and challenges. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
