About The Role Assist and coordinate the daily operations of the Royal Club Services team. Ensure VIP, Royal Club & Suite guests receive professional and courteous service according to resort standards. Maintain effective communication with guests and internal departments, including the Front Office and Hotel leadership. Support the daily operations of Royal Club Services, ensuring all team members adhere to resort standards. About You Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Opera or similar. Passionate about service delivery with excellent communication skills. Multilingual abilities in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German are advantageous.
