Currently, we are inviting applications for a Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas within our Energy & Industry Segment. You will create sustainable relationships with decision-makers, presenting Hilti's value proposition to secure business. You will lead sales and business development activities, develop accounts, and penetrate key projects, managing complex stakeholder maps and project activities to secure market share in the Oil & Gas sector. What you need is: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus At least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry within Oil & Gas, Power, or Energy divisions Sales experience is advantageous Proven relationship management skills with complex stakeholder environments Target and solution-oriented mindset with project management experience Willingness to travel across the UAE and stay overnight in remote locations as needed Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in or willing to relocate to Northern Emirates (Sharjah/Ras Al Khaimah) Why should you apply?
