Direct message the job poster from Boundless Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the cryptocurrency and digital assets space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, onboarding strategic partners, and growing institutional and retail client acquisition within the crypto vertical. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital asset landscape, regulatory environment, and evolving market trends. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities in crypto trading, De Fi, blockchain infrastructure, and tokenized assets. Drive B2B and B2C business development strategies to onboard institutional clients, HNWIs, and retail traders. Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with crypto exchanges, payment gateways, wallets, custodians, liquidity providers, and blockchain projects to enable ecosystem growth and service differentiation. Maintain a robust sales pipeline across global crypto markets. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, assets, and conversion funnels. Monitor the evolving crypto regulatory landscape and provide insights to guide commercial strategies. Evaluate market risks, competitor activity, and global trends to adapt offerings and capture market share. Product Feedback Loop: Act as a voice of the customer to influence crypto product roadmap, trading platform features, and user experience enhancements. Event Representation: Represent the company at global crypto events, conferences, and online communities. Position the brand as a trusted and innovative player in the digital asset ecosystem. Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or partnership roles within crypto exchanges, digital asset firms, fintechs, or financial services. In-depth understanding of crypto products (spot, derivatives, De Fi), trading platforms, and blockchain ecosystems. Strong network across the crypto-native and institutional financial communities. Familiarity with compliance and licensing frameworks related to digital assets in key markets. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
