Pre-Sales Engineer
Description
This is a remote position. 5+ years experience in Business Development/Sales focusing on SMB and Enterprise clients within Education and Corporate training sectors.Provide technical pre-sales assistance and effectively conduct client technical requirement analyses.Conduct engaging product demonstrations and in-depth technical presentations for prospective clients.Assist the business development team in preparing professional proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tender documentation.Lead technical components of client proof-of-concepts (POCs), including product demos, solution configurations, and system integrations.Collaborate proactively with the customer relations team to ensure seamless post-sales transitions, sustained customer satisfaction, and successful product deployment.Work closely with sales teams to develop competitive strategies and optimal product positioning.Support the marketing team in creating product collateral, positioning material, and competitive market analysis.Continuously research, evaluate, and stay updated on emerging technologies and innovative solutions relevant to Education and Corporate training environments.Maintain detailed and accurate reporting, documentation, and activity tracking within an updated CRM system.Support, engage, and manage client interactions effectively across the broader Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or Business.3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, or Sales Engineering roles, ideally within the Ed Tech or Education sector.Proven experience in selling digital assessment solutions and learning technologies.Strong record of successful sales engagements with both SMB and Enterprise-level clients.Demonstrated capability in delivering effective technical demonstrations and product presentations.Experience conducting detailed client-needs assessments and effective competitive intelligence analysis.Familiarity and relevant experience with Middle East & Africa (MEA) markets, specifically in the Ed Tech and digital assessment areas.Proven ability to manage technical client queries and fully support the sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.Effective use of CRM systems for accurately tracking client interactions, meetings, and follow-up actions.Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written communication.
