The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking process.Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries via Whats App, phone, and email. Prepare and send quotations based on move details. Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate job schedules with the operations team. Maintain accurate sales records and update follow-up trackers. Provide excellent pre- and post-move customer support. Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
