Location: Dubai Muteena Industry: Healthcare (Nursing Center)Salary: AED 2000 to 2500 Job Responsibilities: Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in Arabic and English. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Provide information about services, procedures, and policies. Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
