Position at Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. Description We are seeking a Logistic, Invoicing and Credit Collection Specialist to join our team at Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. Responsibilities Coordinate logistics with logistics companies and sub-suppliers for air and sea freight delivery schedules. Prepare shipping documents such as Shipping Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin. Monitor manufacturing and shipping progress and update clients accordingly. Prepare invoices based on payment milestones and project status. Issue invoices and submit them to clients. Monitor invoice due dates and follow up proactively with clients. Qualifications Experience in logistics, invoicing, and credit collection is advantageous. Knowledge of international trade, incoterms, customs, and financing is advantageous. Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. High morale, problem-solving skills, and responsibility for tasks until completion. Attention to detail, especially in documentation. Skills Project management to monitor progress and take proactive actions. Strong communication skills with internal teams, logistics companies, clients, and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Time management skills. Negotiation skills and ability to support customer interactions and order delivery. Effective communication, coordination, and leadership abilities internally and externally. Preferred Qualifications Currently residing in the UAE. Available to join immediately. Aged between 23-30 years. Preferably Filipino or Indian nationality.
