Job Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Indian curry dishes maintaining traditional flavors and presentation. Ensure timely and efficient cooking during busy service hours. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Coordinate with kitchen staff for inventory and daily food preparation. Innovate and suggest new dishes as per customer preference or seasonal ingredients. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a curry cook in an Indian kitchen. Strong knowledge of Indian spices gravies and cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Physically fit and ready to work long hours if required.
