This position will lead the e Commerce media strategy and planning for one of our key clients, focusing exclusively on their owned digital platforms—brand website and mobile app.The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership in performance-driven planning, deep technical understanding of app/web tracking via MMPs (like Adjust or Appsflyer) and GA4, and experience working in an integrated cross-functional client setup. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) will be a strong advantage.A Typical Day Will Include Own and lead the e Commerce media planning function for the client’s website and app, ensuring all campaigns drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Act as a strategic advisor to the client on best-in-class media solutions and data-driven planning for their D2C platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (ad ops, biddable, analytics, creative) and client stakeholders (CRM, product, tech) to align media plans to wider digital goals. Leverage MMP data to optimize campaign effectiveness across performance channels and track full user journeys. Define and measure KPIs linked to web/app performance – e.g., install-to-purchase rates, AOV, retention. Utilize insights from attribution platforms and funnel analysis to adjust plans and maximize ROI. Contribute to quarterly business reviews, innovation plans, and performance forecasting. Stay ahead of trends in digital commerce, mobile app marketing, and privacy regulations affecting tracking. Mentor and manage junior planners on the account, developing their technical and strategic skillsets. Represent Hearts & Science MENA with professionalism, delivering high-value, insight-led recommendations to the client. Proactive & Curious – Constantly seeks improvements and innovations in media planning and measurement. Technical Competencies Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch. Strong background in performance media planning (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.). Deep understanding of owned media platform KPIs and funnel metrics (e.g., add-to-cart, checkout conversion). Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) – Segment, Tealium, Adobe CDP, or similar (plus). Skilled in tagging and UTM strategies, audience mapping, and channel attribution. Proficient in analyzing event-level data, funnel drop-offs, and retention cohorts. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, or similar for e Commerce analytics. Strong grasp of multi-touch attribution, lift studies, and media incrementality testing. Experience in building performance models, pacing sheets, and forecasting frameworks. Familiarity with DV360, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Ads, Google Ads, and their integration with measurement tools.
