Store Manager

Join to apply for the Store Manager role at Apparel Group Position Objective: Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets, and relaying feedback about customers and products to relevant role holders. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market. Key Responsibilities: Financial: Drive the store team to achieve the store target and KPIs. Ensure store shrinkage is less than 0.2% of sales. Process: Conduct regular financial and stock audits. Update and communicate the store dashboard regularly. Maintain visual merchandising standards. Manage employee records (leave, passport, performance, conduct, roster). Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, analyzing performance for improvements. Hold regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance. Report store performance, challenges, and opportunities to higher management. Develop action plans based on performance metrics. Manage back store operations and merchandise replenishment. Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure safety. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Manage store expenses, budgets, and financial goals. Customer: Achieve club apparel, NPS, and DSES goals. Maintain relationships with mall management. Communicate effectively with the back-end office team regarding store activities. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, exceeding expectations. Manage team performance and conduct. Learning & Development: Continuously upgrade skills of self and team, creating future store managers. Identify learning gaps and create processes to address them. Conduct training for new hires and ongoing product knowledge sessions. Desired Experience: The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven success in enhancing customer engagement and exceeding sales KPIs. A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
