As KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) embarks on an exciting growth phase with a presence across seven regions, we are looking for Installers with a service-oriented mindset to join our team. These roles will be based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah to support our expansion plans. Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management Oversee the installation environment during activities and manage on-site communication with customers regarding daily installation and logistical matters. Project Management Ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely installation of equipment following KONE installation methods. Report installation progress to the supervisor and address shortages or damages by ordering replacement parts promptly. Maintain installation tools in good condition and secure delivered equipment through proper storage and handling. Communicate with builders to prevent work interruptions and stay updated with field letter changes and the A.M. manual. Ensure a safe working environment within the installation area, including storage spaces. Delivery Handle receipt inspection and storage of materials. Execute installations according to predetermined methods and schedules. Submit reports on timekeeping, quality feedback, and warranty claims for materials. Provide feedback to the supply line for continuous product improvement. Requirements: ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in installation methods and able to interpret arrangement drawings. Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental regulations. Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-rise elevator or escalator installation.
