Client of Lobo management services Fz llc We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) to join our client. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations andmigrations, along with strong expertise in business requirement gathering,system configuration, and production support. This role requires excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functionalteams to enhance and support SAP business processes.Key Responsibilities: Configureand customize SAP SD and MM modules to meet business requirements.Implementenhancements and improvements in SAP to support evolving business needs.Collaboratewith business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intofunctional specifications.Workclosely with L2 support vendors to manage production issues and ensuresmooth SAP system operations.Participatein S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, ensuring best practicesare followed.Conductsystem testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training tobusiness users.Serveas a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clearcommunication and effective solution implementation.Continuouslyoptimize SAP configurations to align with business objectives. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor sor Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimumof 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Support Consultant withstrong expertise in SAP SD and MM modules.Strongexperience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migrations, withparticipation in at least one or two full-cycle projects.Provenexperience in business requirement gathering and writing detailedfunctional specifications.Experienceworking with L2 support vendors and managing SAP production environments.Experiencecollaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment. Technical Skills: Expertisein SAP S/4HANA SD and MM module configuration, customization, integrationand Fiori Apps.Strongknowledge of SAP system enhancement, implementation, and continuousimprovement to meet evolving business needs.SAPS/4HANA Certification in SD or MM is a plus.Familiaritywith related SAP modules such as FI and CO is an advantage. Soft Skills: Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellentcommunication skills, capable of interacting with both technical andbusiness teams.Detail-orientedwith the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strongcollaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional teamenvironment.
