We’re looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our organization’s growth and success. As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across the business to deliver proactive, strategic, and hands-on HR support. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR matters – from workforce planning and talent development to employee relations and performance management. Supporting organizational change, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Driving talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning in collaboration with hiring managers. Analyzing HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, HR best practices, and company policies. Researching and analyzing employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reducing risks related to daily management of employees. Assisting management in conflict resolution. Setting standards for ethics, values, and culture of the company. Onboarding new employees and managing immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR Lead/Manager role (3–7 years preferred), preferably within the UAE. Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Deep understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and extensive knowledge of UAE Labour laws and regulations. Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions and outcomes. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications like CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are a plus).
