INTERIOR DESIGN BIM ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects engineers and other consultants to ensure design intent and detailing accuracy. Generate drawings documentation and schedules directly from BIM models in compliance with project requirements. Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Revit and other BIM tools. Implement company BIM standards and projectspecific protocols. Support the design team during all project phases including concept schematic design development and construction documentation. Ensure model accuracy standards compliance and content development. Key Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Minimum 5 years of BIM experience specifically in Interior Design projects. Prior experience working with design consultancy firms in the UAE or GCC is mandatory. Proficiency in the Revit software and familiarity with other BIM tools. Strong understanding of design detailing materials finishes and space planning. Good knowledge of UAE building codes and local authority regulations. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
