Line of Service : Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector : Not Applicable Specialism : IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level : Senior Manager Job Description & Summary Our Rewards Lead is a strategic role responsible for shaping and leading the reward strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, engaging, and motivating employees through effective compensation and benefits programs. The role involves collaborating with business leaders and HR teams to align reward processes with company goals. Roles And Responsibilities Develop Total Rewards Strategy: Create and lead comprehensive reward strategies, ensuring compliance with legislation. Compensation Programs: Provide strategic direction for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs, including incentives and executive pay. Continuous Evaluation: Monitor and recommend improvements to compensation and benefit practices based on market trends. Salary Surveys: Manage participation and analyze data to meet firm compensation objectives. Determining Market Rates: Evaluate positions and establish market value using surveys and analysis. Consulting Stakeholders: Advise on pay structures and decisions. Leadership: Manage Reward team members. Required Skills & Competencies Data analytics translation for rewards decisions. Design and management of benefits programs. Strategic advisory and partnership with business leaders. Development of competitive compensation structures. Leadership and coaching skills. Understanding employee needs and reward concerns. Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals. Required Language Skills Proficiency in English Arabic proficiency is an advantage Minimum Education And Qualification(s) Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, HR, finance, or related fields. Certifications like CEBS or SHRM are desirable but not mandatory. Required Years Of Experience Minimum 10 years in compensation and benefits or total rewards, with 3-5 years in leadership roles. Experience in Big4, professional services, or consulting firms is an advantage.
