Share via link Share on social media Company Description La Marzocco is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to manage our upcoming showroom in Dubai. This individual will be the face of the brand, ensuring that our coffee machines and company values are represented at the highest level. The Product Specialist will engage with customers, partners, and the local coffee community to deliver an exceptional showroom experience while supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives. Position Key responsibilities and duties Manage the daily operations of the Dubai showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Deliver product demonstrations and guided experiences to visitors, customers, and partners. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining in-depth knowledge of La Marzocco’s product portfolio and company heritage. Support the sales team by identifying customer needs, nurturing relationships, and generating qualified leads. Host in-showroom events, workshops, and community activations in collaboration with the marketing team. Ensure the showroom is visually aligned with brand guidelines and consistently well-maintained. Collaborate on local marketing initiatives and campaign rollouts, contributing to customer engagement. Collect feedback from visitors and share insights to improve customer experience and product positioning. Maintain inventory of showroom equipment and supplies. Manage showroom inventory and coordinate logistics for equipment and promotional materials. Provide administrative support related to showroom activities (bookings, CRM updates, follow-ups). Oversee the general upkeep and practical needs of the showroom, including restocking all supplies—from marketing materials to essential items such as office stationery and toiletries. Requirements 3+ years of experience in retail or showroom environments , preferably with premium or lifestyle brands. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with a diverse audience. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage. Passion for design, product storytelling, and customer experience. Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities independently. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required for events (Monday to Friday and occasionally weekend for special events) Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury retail, home appliances, or design-focused product environments. Familiarity with CRM systems and retail performance reporting. Passion for coffee and coffee culture. If the Controller, upon receiving your CV, involves you in the selection process, the CV will be retained for the entire duration of the selection activity and, upon its conclusion: - - if the selection process should lead to a negative outcome, retained for a period of 2 years after conclusion and subsequently deleted; - Retained in the employee file, if the selection process leads to your hiring.
