We are looking for a seasoned supply chain and commercial strategist to take ownership of global sourcing and supply operations for refined fuel products. This high-impact leadership role, positioned as a senior individual contributor, will oversee the end-to-end supply strategy, ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective fuel availability across international markets. This position demands a professional with a deep understanding of commodity markets, advanced knowledge of fuel logistics and regulatory frameworks, and strong expertise in structuring cross-border commercial transactions. The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and financial institutions, while navigating complex geopolitical and compliance landscapes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global fuel sourcing strategies, optimizing cost, quality, and supply reliability. Lead commercial negotiations and long-term agreements with fuel suppliers, refiners, and trading partners. Manage the full procurement cycle, from market analysis and contract negotiation to delivery and performance monitoring. Oversee international logistics coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across jurisdictions. Collaborate with finance teams to structure transactions, including Letters of Credit, hedging instruments, and multi-currency arrangements. Maintain real-time market intelligence on refined fuel pricing, refinery economics, and trading trends. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in fuel procurement, physical trading, or supply chain management, preferably within oil majors or commodity trading houses. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex international logistics and compliance requirements. Deep market insight and an understanding of refinery networks, global supply dynamics, and trading structures. Familiarity with financial instruments related to commodity transactions, including credit structures, risk management, and FX exposure.
