The Inside Sales Professional will collaborate with outside sellers or channels like e-commerce to drive sales through remote customer engagement via outbound calls, virtual video calls, and emails. They will proactively source sales opportunities through inbound leads and accounts, understand customer needs, and build instant rapport and credibility to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the sales process to close sales and meet targets. Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented Proactively engage with customers to develop business using outbound sales calls through remote communication channels such as video, telephone, and social media. Participate in lead generation strategies, including cold calling, to identify potential business prospects. Establish an actionable plan with clear tasks to identify, follow up, and close business opportunities. Share relevant marketing information related to products and services with customers via digital sales enablement platforms and tools. Analyze customer needs and support their decision-making process. Manage the sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities within Inside Sales parameters. Collaborate with front sales to understand which products and services are suitable for Inside Sales customers. Regularly review new and existing accounts to assess their growth potential remotely. Pre-qualify customer contacts and leads based on data analysis or remote contact. Provide back-office support for general sales activities. Qualifications & Skills – Digital and Solid Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a technical field. First work experience in similar roles, preferably within the Technology and Engineering domain. Successful track record in sales, business development, client management, and project management in a technology environment. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and business goals. Strong influencing and networking skills, with stakeholder management experience in a global environment. Solid experience with IT, Software, Cloud, and Io T platforms. Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and preferably Arabic, both written and spoken. Ability to align the portfolio with customer problems and build positive relationships across diverse groups, translating technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
