Responsibilities Revenue Management : Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and demand patterns. Adjust pricing in real time to capitalize on market opportunities. Utilize data insights for demand forecasting and revenue optimization. Create and maintain pricing models to balance competitiveness, demand, and performance. Regularly review and adjust prices to enhance revenue. Use dynamic pricing to maximize revenue during peak times and events. capability to project revenue and do financials profitability analysis of existing and future deals Performance Analysis : Monitor KPIs for revenue, occupancy, and ADR to evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness. Generate reports to communicate performance, trends, and recommendations. Analyze pricing initiatives post-mortem to assess revenue and profitability impact. Other : Collaboration : Maintain relationships with Owner Success to align on revenue objectives. Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions. Requirements : Based in Dubai or nearby (the role is hybrid - working from the office a few days per week is expected) BA or MA in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field. 2-4 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles within the hospitality or real estate industry. Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software. A detail-oriented individual with a relentless commitment to quality. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
