We're now hiring a dynamic Head of Off-Plan to take this division to the next level. Role Overview As Head of Off-Plan , you will lead and grow Smart Bricks’ off-plan sales vertical — including developer partnerships, buyer network growth, team leadership, and overall revenue generation. You’ll work across strategy and execution to build Dubai’s most efficient, tech-enabled off-plan sales engine, with global buyer reach. This is a senior commercial leadership role with significant autonomy, impact, and equity potential. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the off-plan sales strategy for Smart Bricks across Dubai and key international buyer markets. Build and manage a high-performing team of off-plan sales advisors and account executives. Expand and maintain deep relationships with leading developers and secure exclusive inventory. Drive sales performance through digital campaigns, outbound sales, and strategic partnerships. Design and optimize commission structures, sales funnels, and CRM workflows. Ensure seamless onboarding of new launches and real-time visibility for the sales team. Collaborate with Product and Marketing to enhance investor experience and lead quality. Represent Smart Bricks in launch events, investor roadshows, and developer meetings. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market, with a strong network of developer and investor relationships. Demonstrated success in leading high-volume, high-value off-plan transactions. Experience managing sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management. Deep knowledge of Dubai’s top developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, etc.) and upcoming master plans. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and execution discipline. Familiarity with sales CRMs (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and digital lead-gen platforms. RERA certified or eligible. Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Chinese language skills are a plus.
