JOB PURPOSE: Develop new business from new countries while planning and managing sales activities of lubricants for the assigned region and product portfolio, within the global sales segment. Ensure that an efficient and effective sales service is provided, sales and profit targets are met, and maintain outstanding customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration to boost sales and promote ADNOC Distribution's image and reputation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sales Strategy Contribution Formulate an effective sales strategy and realistic objectives with the Department Manager International Sales by analyzing insights and market forecasts, then submit for discussion and directions. Market Analytics Plan and coordinate methods to gain market insights and data from various sources, ensuring sufficient information is obtained. Conduct feasibility studies to analyze markets for new products using information from agents and section heads about current and future customer requirements. Sales Operations Identify new markets within the assigned region and conduct feasibility studies for ADNOC Lubricants Business. Identify prospective companies capable of representing ADNOC and evaluate them based on ADNOC distributor criteria. Achieve sales and margin budgets for the territory. Maintain export price schedules, obtain supervisor approval, and manage sales orders and conversions. Promote lubricant products to increase sales, analyze trends, and maintain personal contact with major customers. Arrange visits, seminars, workshops, and training to enhance market presence and relationships. Gather and report competitive market data. Assist in setting sales targets and developing business plans for distributors and customers. Engage regularly with agents and distributors to gather feedback and resolve issues, fostering good relationships. Represent the company at seminars and exhibitions to answer questions and explore business opportunities. Marketing Develop and implement marketing plans for each market, including all activities for retail and commercial segments. Recommend product ranges, distribution channels, pricing, and promotional activities based on market knowledge. Business Development Develop new business with existing and new customers and markets, including introducing segment-specific products and entering new countries. Investigate marketing opportunities for lubricant business development. Credit and Collection Ensure timely collection of debts to optimize cash flow. Review customer payment performance and take necessary actions to resolve outstanding debts. Open credit accounts following thorough creditworthiness checks. Manage credit limits and gather information on new credit customers. Customer Service Keep customers informed about order status and respond promptly to demands, especially across time zones. Coordinate resolution of technical and commercial complaints by liaising with the plant and ensuring prompt, efficient handling. Relationship Management Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external entities, ensuring high standards of business ethics and prompt issue resolution. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; Engineering preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in lubricant sales operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the lubricant sector. Deep understanding of the lubricant business and operational management experience. Proven track record of initiating lubricant business in international markets and improving distributor business. Knowledge of business workflows, operations, systems, and financial management. Experience in developing strategic plans for the lubricant industry. Innovative, conceptual thinker with knowledge of ADNOC Distribution’s objectives, operations, and regional laws and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
