HVAC DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and develop HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project specifications and design requirements. Generate detailed layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems. Coordinate HVAC drawings with other MEP services to resolve any clashes or discrepancies. Ensure all drawings adhere to project standards, MEP codes, and consultant requirements. Update drawings based on site conditions, RFIs, and consultant/client feedback. Assist site engineers and project managers by providing technical support through updated drawings and documentation. Maintain drawing records, revision history, and ensure timely submission of drawings to the engineering team. Key Qualifications: Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Drafting. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman in contracting companies within the GCC. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD and familiarity with MEP standards and guidelines. Solid understanding of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
