Your Purpose As the Key Account Manager for Retail MENA , you will drive growth by managing distribution, building customer relationships, and executing market strategies across multiple markets in the MENA region. Where You’ll Work Region: MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Travel: Regular across key markets Reporting to: Retail Director MENA Languages: Arabic & English fluency required What You’ll Do Retail Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement retail plans aligned with business goals Distributor & Partner Leadership: Manage relationships with distributors, conduct business reviews, and coordinate marketing activities Key Account Management: Build partnerships with top retailers, identify new opportunities, and support trade marketing Sales Operations & Forecasting: Collaborate on forecasting, monitor stock levels, and manage payments Market Intelligence: Track trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities, and report insights What You Bring Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5–7 years’ FMCG sales experience, preferably in food or retail markets Fluency in Arabic & English Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills Strategic yet entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to travel regionally Why Mc Cain?
