CLIENT SERVICE AMBASSADOR (UAE NATIONAL)
Description
Responsibilities: Welcome after-sales clients and provide personalized interaction. Understand clients’ requests and find suitable solutions to meet their needs. Explain technical aspects of services to clients. Conduct diagnostics and prepare cost estimates (with pre-approval in boutique) following Maison's CS rules, processes, and policies. Enhance customer satisfaction by keeping clients informed, minimizing delays, and reducing complaints. Manage resources to meet quality, service, lead time, and profitability goals. Attend and host clients as needed; support the Sales team. Perform quick diagnostics and services on watches and jewelry, including: diagnosis, functional checks, battery replacement, water resistance, strap services, basic polishing/refurbishing (post-engraving), demagnetization, adjustments, engravings, and jewelry spa. Serve as the boutique referent for personalization service feasibility and advise staff on client requests. CRM and Client Activation: Implement customer service action plans as directed by Retail Management. Support engraving activations for personalization. Assist with watchmaking workshop master classes (assembling movements) and Jewelry workshop Decor Palace activations. Support the Boutique Operations Coordinator with daily operational tasks, including: Inventory management—assist with stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation. Stock movements—support stock transfers between the boutique and warehouse, including receiving stock, tagging, and ensuring pricing accuracy in the system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
