Client Service Ambassador - UAE National MAIN PURPOSE In line with Maison’s strategy, the Client Service Ambassador will be responsible to provide an excellent level of service in line with Piaget standards, in order to achieve client satisfaction and offer outstanding customer experience. He/she will work as a boutique referent in terms of After Sales Services, Personalization Services and will manage the resources to achieve the goals set in terms of quality, service content as well as promised lead times and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for welcoming after-sales clients and offering personal interaction. Understand the clients’ requests and find proper solutions to satisfy their needs. Provide technical explanations of service. Carry out diagnosis and create cost estimate (offer pre-approval in boutique) in accordance with the CS rules, processes & policies of the Maison. Enhance customer satisfaction by updating the clients, minimizing delays and reducing complaints. Manage the resources to achieve the goals set in terms of quality, service content as well as promised lead times and profitability. Attend and host clients as and when needed, act as support for the Sales team Diagnoses and perform quick services on watches and jewellery: Diagnosis and functional checks Battery service Water-resistance service Strap services Basic polishing-refurbishing service (after the engraving service) Demagnetization Adjustments, engravings and/or jewellery spa Work as a boutique referent in terms of personalization service feasibility, advising the boutique staff on client requests. 3. CRM and Client Activations: Implement Customer Service action plans as provided by Retail Management. Support with engraving activations towards personalization. Support with the watchmaking workshop master class (i.e. assembling movements) and the Jewellery workshop i.e. Décor Palace activation Assist the Boutique Operations Coordinator on daily tasks as and when needed: Inventory Management – support with regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation.
