Group HR Manager Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced Group HR Manager to lead and coordinate all HR functions across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning human resource strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and driving talent management initiatives. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of UAE labor law and proven expertise in implementing HR best practices across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities Group HR Strategy • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board on HR-related matters. • Develop and execute group-wide HR strategies to support business objectives, organizational design, workforce transformation, and planning. Policy & Compliance • Standardize HR policies, processes, and practices across all group entities. • Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards, including conducting investigations and recommending disciplinary actions where necessary. Legal Compliance • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS wage payment systems. • Ensure organization-wide compliance and implementation of all labor-related legal requirements. Talent Management • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, career development, and succession planning. • Design and implement leadership development and employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and growth. Performance Management • Establish and manage performance appraisal frameworks in line with business KPIs and organizational goals. • Facilitate feedback systems, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. HRMS & Reporting • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR Management Systems (HRMS) across all entities. • Ensure accurate payroll processing, data analytics, KPI tracking, and timely reporting to senior management. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with multi-entity or group-level exposure. • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Laws, MOHRE policies, and wage protection systems. • Proven experience with HRMS platforms and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
