JOB PURPOSE Business Banking is a separate segment managing small and medium enterprises. We ensure our customers are placed on the right platforms and receive the best products and services. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in enhancing customer experience and minimizing errors by providing support for all types of requests and complaints. Responsibilities Achieve reduction in complaints logged in CRM. Ensure fewer errors during transactions on BPM and Tracksoft. Identify and document knowledge, process, or system gaps; provide feedback to relevant units. Coordinate with various departments regarding approval processes and issue resolution. Strive for high CSAT scores for the respective Relationship Managers. Take ownership of resolving issues across different areas. Collaborate with Line Managers on training programs. Participate in all bank-offered training sessions. Provide customers with financial guidance, product advice, and assistance with banking needs. Identify opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions. Balance achieving financial targets with delivering excellent customer service. Minimum Requirements Graduate degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting. 0-2 years of banking experience, preferably in customer service. Knowledge of systems like CRM, Finnacle, Finnone, etc., along with policies and processes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic understanding of customer operations. Strong team player skills.
