Candidates must demonstrate potential for quality undergraduate teaching. Experience in developing case studies, e-learning solutions, and innovative pedagogical resources is a plus. Practical industry experience is also required. Job Responsibilities: Hold a Ph.D. with relevant practical experience in Public Relations, or an MA with extensive professional experience and scholarly activities in the field. Effective teaching ability in both Arabic and English languages. Lead curriculum development, course management, and support activities in public relations studies. Engage in research and scholarly activities. Develop projects to enhance students' practical experience. Mentor colleagues, coordinate team efforts, and supervise staff as needed. Participate in community engagement activities. Ensure teaching is informed by current research, encouraging debate and critical thinking. Provide high-quality academic guidance to improve student employability. Collaborate with external partners and professional bodies locally and internationally. Reflect on and improve teaching practices, contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes. Work effectively as part of a team, chair committees, and mentor staff. Implement innovative teaching approaches using diverse learning resources. Candidate Profile General Conditions: Experience in full-time teaching with a strong scholarly record at the assistant/associate professor level or an MA with high professional achievement. At least five years of experience in Public Relations industry. Bilingual in Arabic and English, with the ability to teach in both languages. Proven research and creative activity. Experience working with diverse or underrepresented communities. Active participation in professional organizations. Excellent interpersonal skills. Qualified to teach undergraduate Public Relations courses.
