Quality Control (Logistics)

Role Overview We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to join our warehouse operations team in JAFZA, Dubai . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, performing regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Inspect inbound and outbound goods to ensure quality compliance with company standards. Monitor warehouse operations and report any quality issues or irregularities. Conduct random sampling, visual checks, and document control as part of quality audits. Assist in identifying root causes for non-conformities and help implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records and reports related to inspections and quality metrics. Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and the operations team to uphold quality standards. Ensure all SOPs and safety protocols are followed within the warehouse. Requirements: Previous experience in quality control or warehouse inspection (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory handling, and inspection procedures. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and reporting skills. Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written). Willingness to work in JAFZA ; candidate must manage own transportation.
