About This Role As a Partner Alliance Manager (PAM), you will own the relationship with selected partners by defining common business goals and actively engaging with the defined cadence to ensure the achievement of joint business objectives. PAMs need to define and monitor these goals and establish regular communication rhythms. They are responsible for building strategic relationships with various stakeholders within each partner, including (but not limited to) CEO, CTO, client leaders, sales leaders, and Out Systems practice leaders. What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities Understand the business of selected partners. Assess partner strengths and skills (e.g., industry expertise, experience in customer journeys such as innovation, maturity, setting up a Co E, managing large core systems, etc.). Identify their investment priorities (e.g., international expansion, increasing services revenue by X%, growing client base by Y%, boosting revenue in the installed base by Z%, etc.). PAMs must define and own the go-to-market (GTM) process and set goals. Design the demand generation plan with partners, including goal setting and KPI monitoring. Track, adjust, and communicate the joint plan with each partner at any time. Qualify inbound partner deal registrations and facilitate alignment with appropriate sales teams. Stay current on top opportunities sourced or co-sold with partners and drive sales alignment through introductions and account planning sessions. Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed Minimum of 8 years of experience managing regional sales and delivery partners, including VARs, Regional SIs, ISVs, and App Dev partners. Relevant experience in building a channel for a Saa S software provider. Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners. Experience in business planning with partners and tracking partner success and KPIs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Self-confidence, strong work ethic, and growth mindset. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE.
