This role is full time residential based in Sharjah, UAEOur Clients and Projects Designing the future. Transforming the world. Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years' services of our employees at 5-year service milestones Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Input of personnel timesheets into the electronic database system to meet the weekly and monthly payroll deadlines Billing support including raising of invoices Calculation of accounting entries and processing into system Check the coding and arithmetical accuracy of hours and data received Monthly input of all overtime payments received for offshore personnel (allowances / excess days) Accurate entry of standby and training into time writing database Accurate recording of expenses Assistance with preparation of monthly client invoices in accordance with contract commercial terms and conditions General administrative support to the team QUALIFICATIONSWhat makes you remarkable?
