Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC Retrofit

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. What You Will Do The Senior Sales Engineer – Retrofit will report directly to the Associate Director - HVAC Service & Retrofit. Based in Dubai, you will be part of a team responsible for generating business through selling Retrofit contracts and driving the growth of the Aftermarket division for Building Technology and Solutions, with a focus on HVAC portfolio. You will concentrate on expanding our current installation base in Retrofit, increasing market share with new business customers in the region. As a team member, you'll work within a vibrant environment that leverages your experience to generate business from the existing HVAC installation base. How You Will Do It As a seasoned Senior Sales Engineer, you should have a good understanding of our HVAC product portfolio and work closely with customers to meet their expectations and close new opportunities. Your responsibilities include conducting site audits, suggesting site improvements, developing sales strategies, qualifying and prioritizing opportunities, maintaining territory records, preparing proposals, making presentations, and following up to close sales. You will interface with operations to enhance service delivery, maintain established accounts through regular contact, and update sales tools with progress and forecasts. You are focused on developing long-term customer relationships and motivated to grow your territory, particularly in Equipment Replacement and Retrofit jobs in Dubai. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related field 4-5 years’ experience in selling Retrofit solutions for HVAC products in the UAE Proven track record of selling Retrofit solutions Deep knowledge of HVAC systems Proficiency in generating new business from existing HVAC installation bases and new clients Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Results-driven, mature, self-motivated, with a high team spirit Excellent communication skills in English Valid UAE Driving License Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
