Job Title: Senior Service Engineer Location: Dubai Salary: AED 6,000 - 7,000Job Code: 262/001/901Industry: Swimming Pool & Water Systems Engineering Job Brief: A reputed engineering solutions provider is looking for a Senior Service Engineer to manage the execution, maintenance, and service sales of engineering equipment particularly focusing on swimming pool systems and pumps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in overseeing projects from installation to commissioning, while also developing AMC, retrofit, and replacement opportunities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This is a field-focused, client-facing role with strong potential for growth.Job Responsibilities: Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of swimming pool systems and engineering equipment (e.g., pumps, filters).Oversee and grow AMC contracts, retrofit, and replacement projects across client sites.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, ensure project timelines, and resolve issues.Generate new business by engaging with consultants, contractors, end-users, and government entities.Manage the full service cycle from enquiry generation and technical consultation to proposal submission and order processing.Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and project documents tailored to customer requirements.Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, assembly, credit control) to ensure timely delivery and execution.Maintain and update a robust enquiry and sales pipeline.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives.Attend weekly review meetings and submit sales activity reports.Ensure all work aligns with company QHSE standards and operational procedures.Job Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5 8 years in a service engineering role, including: Swimming pool system execution and maintenance & Pump operations and service management Prior work experience with companies specializing in swimming pool installation and AMC services Project estimation for water pumping/sanitation systems Strong understanding of pumps, filters, and pool-related components Familiarity with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation Valid Driving License is mandatory Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, with the ability to manage site activities independently Proven ability to handle technical discussions and close sales Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
