Desktop Engineer

Our client is a leading FMCG business seeking to hire a Desktop Engineer . The position is based in Dubai. Main Responsibilities: Building, installing, configuring, analyzing, and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS. Providing L1 support related to OS and hardware of laptops and desktops. Managing collaboration systems and apps such as Video Conference Systems, Teams, and Zoom. Supporting new employees by setting up their workstations and telephone configurations. Maintaining good knowledge of Active Directory. Supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Performing maintenance and upgrades of operating systems for server and workstation environments. Applying ITIL processes for asset management solutions. Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure services meet operational SLAs. What we are looking for: Experience in managing Level 1 support for hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, including printers and mobile devices. Basic networking knowledge for supporting networking devices like switches, ADSL modems, and CCTV. Driving license is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
