Indus Brands offers high-quality products at the best value for money. The Role You Will Be Responsible For Welcoming, assisting, and directing clients and guests. Answering incoming calls and redirecting or handling inquiries. Organizing meetings and conference calls. Receiving mail and arranging dispatch. Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms. Providing administrative support as needed. Documenting financial transactions and monitoring accounts. Managing receivables and payables, posting transactions, and making bank deposits. Handling leave records, medical, and insurance claims. Coordinating travel arrangements. Ideal Profile At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist, preferably in the Consumer industry. Prior accounting experience is a plus. Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills, professional phone handling. Strong analytical skills with numerical data handling.
