Job Title: Brand Manager (FMCG) Qualifications: MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management (Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing) Nationality: Any Arab, European, Anglophone, or CIS National Vacancy: 1 Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for strengthening consumer KPIs of the brands, developing brand activities, and launching NPDs as per plan. Deliver topline and profit growth aligned with company targets. Enhance consumer KPIs, including top-of-mind awareness and usage/penetration. Develop brand and activity plans in line with brand strategy. Coordinate with departments such as R&D, QAD, operations, technical, purchase, and procurement. Launch NPDs as per schedule and need. Expedite ATL and BTL marketing campaigns according to brand plans. Work closely with sales and trade marketing to ensure product availability and stock levels. Conduct regular market visits to all distribution centers and export markets. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, initiate timely price adjustments, and monitor financials. Ensure proper execution of responsibilities and duties. KPIs Timely completion of NPD projects. Manage margins through cost reduction and coordination with sales to drive sales and marketing activities. Work Experience Requirement Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
