This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with minimal onboarding time. The specialist will play a key role in integrating into the team, enhancing e-commerce performance, and connecting marketing, operations, and brand partners.The Impact you’ll make Shopify & E-commerce Management Run analytics and generate actionable insights from Shopify reports Update and manage Shopify themes and landing pages Oversee product listings and ensure e-commerce best practices Digital Marketing & CRM Execute campaigns and manage flows in Klaviyo Maintain and optimize CRM data in Hub Spot or similar platforms Facilitate email marketing and customer segmentation initiatives Executive & Administrative Support Attend and document calls, take detailed notes, and track activities Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support leadership Collaboration & Communication Act as a liaison between marketing, operations, partners, and brands Communicate effectively across digital channels such as Slack, Gmail, and Whats App Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (including analytics and theme management) Proficiency with Klaviyo for email marketing Experience with Hub Spot or a comparable CRM platform Strong working knowledge of Notion Previous experience in an e-commerce or B2B digital marketing environment WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
