Assistant Project Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules • Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation and reports • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of deliverables • Help manage project budgets, track expenditures, and process invoices • Conduct site visits, inspections, and meetings as required • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations • Support in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality • Assist in procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and managing material deliveries • Maintain organized project records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management • Preferably if have parking management experience • Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role • Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
