We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the digital marketing domain, specifically focusing on online marketing strategies. We welcome candidates with a background in renowned e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar industry giants. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Online Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing activities into overall marketing plans.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance website visibility.Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and CPC efficiency. Content Marketing: Develop engaging and high-converting content for online marketing activities, including product listings, ads, and social media posts.Ensure consistency and quality of content across all digital platforms. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign results. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
