Service Now Project Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Project/Program Manager to join our prestigious client in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale, complex Service Now programs and engagements, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Drive strategy and change management processes to ensure optimal Service Now adoption. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration. Key Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Service Now Project/Program Manager or in a similar leadership role. Fluency in Arabic (any dialect) is essential to communicate effectively with clients and teams in the region. Strong knowledge of complex program management and experience in managing large, multifaceted projects. Proven track record in client relationship management, service delivery, and driving strategic initiatives. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
