You’ll work within a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.About the role: As a Senior Consultant / Manager within the Service Now HR team, you will leverage your expertise in HR operations and the Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to enhance employee experiences and drive organizational results. You will contribute to both strategic and operational aspects of HR transformation engagements across a diverse range of industries.Key Responsibilities: Contribute to practice development initiatives such as tooling, recruitment, and business growth.Lead or support project workstreams across the Service Now HRSD lifecycle—discovery, design, build, testing, deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of functional and technical experts in agile environments.Engage with client stakeholders to assess and document current HR service delivery operations.Define and deliver business value through HR service transformation initiatives.Create detailed project implementation plans, identify milestones, and manage budgets and scopes.Design user journeys and user stories for employee portals, knowledge management, and case management.Support iterative system configurations and client engagement through joint design sessions.Manage system testing and ensure organizational readiness for HRSD deployment.Build strong internal and client relationships to position yourself as a subject matter expert in HR Shared Services and Service Now.Required: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)2+ years of experience with Service Now implementations and optimizations3–5 years in HR transformation (consulting experience preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)Practical experience in delivering at least one Service Now HRSD module Familiarity with project planning and implementation in Service Now In-depth knowledge of HR operations and best practices Proven project management skills Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
