We're looking for a Receptionist / RERA Administrator to join our team - someone who brings a professional presence to our front-of-house operations while managing key backend compliance and listing responsibilities. About the Role: As our Receptionist / RERA Administrator , you’ll play a dual role - managing the front desk while ensuring smooth and compliant documentation flow, especially related to plot sales . You’ll also support our listings strategy to ensure fast, quality leads through Bayut and Dubizzle . Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact at reception - professionally welcoming clients and visitors Handle Bayut and Dubizzle listings uploads, updates, and optimisation strategies for quick conversions Oversee and manage documentation for sales processes (including RERA compliance) Support internal invoicing , commission payouts , and file management Coordinate with agents to ensure accurate listings and property documentation Provide general administrative support to the sales and compliance teams Requirements: Experience in a receptionist, admin, or RERA support role within real estate (UAE market preferred) Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and required documentation Familiar with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA documentation standards Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with listing portals like Bayut and Dubizzle Organised, communicative, and proactive in supporting team operations What We Offer: Competitive salary of AED 5,000–7,000 , based on experience Career development in one of Dubai’s most dynamic industries A collaborative team environment with a focus on integrity and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
