Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC The ROW SHARP team is looking for a Tech / Product SME. In this position, you will be responsible for solving UTR system issues during new store, hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2).You will work with tech, configuration, business and ops teams to optimize/shorten system readiness timeline for launches. You will partner with product and tech team to drive permanent solve for frequent issues.This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations, deep understanding of the UTR systems, customer obsession and a willingness to dive deep. Drive permanent solve for frequent issues.About the team The ROW (Rest Of World, which includes India, Japan, AMET, BR, MX, SG and AU) SHARP team is driving several innovations and optimizations in Amazon's Supply Chain and Fulfillment Centers, to bring the world’s most customer centric experience to the ROW countries. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
