Join to apply for the Content Operations / Social Media Manager for Nas Daily role at Nas Company Content Operations/Social Media Manager (Remote) Location: Remote Type: Full-time Reports To: Head of Content About The Role We’re looking for a highly organized Content Operations/Social Media Manager to join the Nas Daily team. We have over 60 million followers across platforms and believe deeply that content can bring people together. But to do that, we need you! This is not a traditional social media job. You won’t be making carousels or running ads. You’ll be managing the production of viral video content across You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok with the greatest talent in the industry, while also engaging directly with the audience and ensuring Nas Daily's voice comes through, both in the videos and in the comment section. What You’ll Do Production Management: Coordinate with video editors to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards. Social Media Management: Respond to comments, highlight great audience insights, and help maintain a loyal, engaged community. Publishing Pipeline: Maintain a reliable system for production tracking, publishing, and follow-up. Content QA: Be the final eye on content before the Head of Content gives the final go. Script Supervision: Receive briefs from the Head of Content and shape them into tight, platform-native video scripts (60–180s), consistent with Nas Daily's voice. Thumbnail & Title Development: Develop scroll-stopping thumbnail and title ideas with the help of talented Designers. Who You Are You have experience managing video content and social media for creators, brands, or media companies. You know what makes a Tik Tok, Reel, or You Tube Short perform, you know social media storytelling. You’re organized, efficient, and dependable — able to juggle multiple projects without losing focus. You know how to build a healthy comment section and engage with followers meaningfully. You can write and edit scripts that match a creator’s voice, tone, and message. You’re mission-driven: you want to create content that educates, challenges, and matters.
