Direct message the job poster from Roads and Transport Authority The Senior Drivers Examiner ensures that driving tests are conducted as per the given guidelines, policies & procedures in order to have fairness and justice. Responsibilities Ensure compliance of procedure before an applicant goes for the driving test. Provide information to the public on the procedures for obtaining a driving license. Conduct rate analysis of the ratings given by the examiners and to study the possibility that the rate is more or less essential. Inform the applicants about their test results and to explain them on their improvement areas. Provide orientation to the new examiners on the driving test. Check the file to determine whether the documents and procedures comply with traffic law, regulations and standards. Provide the examiners with all the theoretical aspects of the test and enlighten them on the practical difficulties. Conduct random checks to ensure that Examiners are abiding by policies and procedures. Maintain records of applicants' files (failure rate and passing rate) which will help the management to make the necessary analysis. Conduct driving test, analyse and see the various aspects of the driving test before signing the file of the passing applicant to ensure that fairness and justice is maintained. Handle applicants in a correct manner when not clearing the test. Train (practical) the examiners with regards to conducting the driving test. - Strictly Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes. - Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers. - Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution. - Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks. - Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line to the Information Security requirements. Qualifications High School with 5 years of working experience, or diploma with 2 years of experience, or bachelors' degree with 0-2 years of experience CRITICAL COMPETENCIES effective communication excellence in execution community service Traffic Regulations Skills Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. Should be well versed with Dubai drivers license laws & regulations Ability to administer and experience in testing and scoring Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications. Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
