The Primary Real Estate Division focuses on ready inventory — delivering exclusive access to tenanted or vacant apartments, villas, and buildings sourced directly from landlords, asset managers, and private sellers. We’re hiring a commercially sharp, well-connected Head of Primary Real Estate to lead and scale this strategic vertical. Role Overview As Head of Primary Real Estate , you’ll own Smart Bricks’ strategy and execution for ready property sales. You’ll build deep relationships with landlords and asset owners across Dubai and international hubs, source exclusive and high-quality inventory, and lead a sales team focused on converting global buyer demand into closed transactions. This role sits at the intersection of institutional real estate sourcing and modern tech-enabled brokerage, and is critical to driving core revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the sourcing and acquisition of ready residential and commercial inventory across Dubai and select global cities. Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, private owners, wealth managers, and institutional asset holders. Manage exclusive and semi-exclusive listing agreements to secure consistent supply. Oversee a team of agents and account managers focused on ready asset sales to international investors. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate, real-time listing ingestion and performance tracking. Work with Marketing to highlight primary market supply across Smart Bricks' digital and outbound channels. Optimize pricing, positioning, and yield strategy for ready assets. Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory frameworks across listed inventory. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or investment sales, with a strong focus on ready/secondary market inventory. Demonstrated success sourcing inventory directly from landlords or asset owners. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to close high-value deals. Excellent network across Dubai’s landlord community, family offices, and real estate asset managers. Track record of leading high-performing sales teams in residential or mixed-use real estate. Data-driven, fluent in CRM and transaction management tools. RERA certified or willing to certify immediately. Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin a strong advantage.
