Purpose of the Role: To analyze and support the development and integration of community hubs services, ensuring alignment with strategic directions and policies. The role involves preparing reports, enhancing resource management, identifying service gaps, and supporting the achievement of strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and updating of specialized strategies and policies related to community hubs. Analyze data, conduct research, and evaluate impact in coordination with the Monitoring and Impact Office. Support the implementation of operational procedures and facility management guidelines. Coordinate with federal and local entities to align services and ensure compliance. Participate in designing and implementing social initiatives and awareness programs. Collaborate on financial planning, procurement, and resource renewal. Ensure maintenance and safety of facilities. Prepare periodic reports and recommendations to support decision-making. Promote community engagement and partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
